Acupuncturist Kim McMenamin's journey into alternative health began through his extensive background in Martial Arts, particularly Karate, and more recently, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. He gained a 4th Dan Black Belt in Shito-Ryu Karate and Ryukyu Kempo Karate, as well as a 2nd Dan in Goju Ryu Karate and a 2nd Duan in Tai Chi recognised by the Chinese Wushu Association in Beijing. He currently teaches Self Defence Combatives.

Leveraging this foundation, led him to study a wealth of expertise in treating diverse disorders and diseases with Acupuncture. As one of the first individuals in Donegal to attain an Acupuncture qualification from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland (A.F.I.), Kim stands as a pioneer in his field. He furthered his knowledge with a Certificate in Chinese Herbal Patents from the ShiZhen Acupuncture and Herbal Training College Manchester mentored by Prof. Shulan Tang. Kim is a respected columnist in local newspapers, he continually expands his skills, having completed a Medical Qi Gong course in Dublin under the guidance of Dermot O'Connor, sanctioned by the renowned Prof. Jerry Alan Johnson.

Maria Mc Menamin is Highly Accredited in Neuromuscular Therapy, Remedial Therapy, Sports Therapy, and Injury Therapy. Maria trained with the NSSM and gained her qualification in Neuro- Muscular Therapy and Deep-Tissue Massage.
